We can explain what EPC Checker shows, where a particular figure comes from, and how to read a certificate. We can also correct our own explanatory content if it is wrong or has fallen out of date.
We cannot change an official EPC record, arrange an assessment on your behalf, or give professional, legal or financial advice about a specific property. If a record looks wrong, our guide on what to do when an EPC looks wrong explains the routes available, and the official services linked from our guides are the place to obtain or replace a certificate.
